Deliveroo launches in-app restaurant reservations powered by SevenRooms

Deliveroo has launched a new in-app restaurant reservations feature powered by SevenRooms technology, marking a significant step in the company’s expansion beyond food delivery and into connected hospitality experiences.
Initially launching in London, Deliveroo Reservations enables customers to browse live restaurant availability and book tables directly through the Deliveroo app, with participating venues including Dishoom, Dove, Hide, Kricket, Barrafina, Kolae and Murano.
The launch follows DoorDash’s acquisitions of both Deliveroo and hospitality CRM and reservations platform SevenRooms in 2025, and represents one of the clearest examples yet of how integrated hospitality ecosystems are continuing to evolve.
By embedding SevenRooms’ reservation and CRM functionality directly into the Deliveroo platform, restaurants are able to manage availability, bookings and cancellations in real time without requiring manual updates across multiple systems.
The integration also gives operators access to increased digital visibility and customer discovery through the Deliveroo app, while streamlining the booking experience for diners through features including live availability, auto-filled booking details, cancellation alerts and calendar integration.
The move reflects a broader trend across hospitality towards unified guest engagement platforms that connect delivery, reservations, CRM and customer data within a single ecosystem.
