Driving Hospitality Forward: Conversations & Collaboration
At Hospitality Tech360, we’re not just launching a new event, we’re building a movement. With the industry facing mounting complexity and opportunity, our mission is clear: to work with industry, to serve the industry.
This principle has guided everything we’ve done in recent months, from conducting an extensive research project with CGA by NIQ to understand how leaders are driving innovation, engagement, and smarter data-led growth strategies, and how they turn to events as a hub of resource, to deepening our involvement in the hospitality community. As momentum builds towards our inaugural show (30 March – 01 April 2026, Excel London), we wanted to share a few key updates.
Where we’ve been, and why it matters
Earlier this year, we proudly supported The Caterer Hospitality Tech Confex – a one-day powerhouse event designed to inspire hotel tech leaders and decision-makers. Held at One Moorgate Place, it brought together CTOs, CIOs, general managers and operations heads to explore how technology can drive performance, profitability and guest satisfaction.
From keynote insights by Dr Nicola Millard of BT, to panel debates on Wi-Fi infrastructure and sessions on AI-powered personalisation, the event was filled with future-ready thinking. Our sponsorship wasn’t just about visibility, it reflected our alignment with a platform that champions everything HT360 stands for: practical innovation, collaborative problem-solving and technology as a strategic driver for growth.
It also gave us the opportunity to connect face-to-face with many of the leaders, partners and advisors shaping HT360's debut next year.
Shining a light on tech leaders
At the same time, we’ve continued growing our Tech Stack Chats series – candid, unscripted interviews with hospitality leaders tackling the same challenges many across the industry face. From Tom James at Bill’s to Molly Peel at Red Carnation Hotel Collection and Fernanda Antonio at Caravan, these conversations uncover not just tech choices, but the real struggles, lessons and breakthroughs behind them. It’s about building community, offering peer insight and reminding us all that no one is navigating digital transformation alone.
Championing culture with Propel Hospitality
We’re also proud to be partnering with Propel Hospitality, the UK’s leading provider of hospitality news and high-impact learning events. Their commitment to equipping operators and suppliers with timely insights and face-to-face learning is deeply aligned with our mission.
Most recently, we supported their Culture, Talent & Training Conference – a packed day exploring how hospitality businesses can build stronger, people-first cultures. We were inspired by the insights shared and the chance to connect with industry leaders including Nima Yates (Almond Family Pubs), Paul Jones-Nolan (San Carlo Restaurant Group) and Sian Danks (Clays).
A content programme built with, not just for, senior leaders
We’re also gearing up to deliver you some fantastic content, building off our existing relationships with industry speakers such as Bill’s CEO Tom James, Burger King CFO Tim Doubleday, Brendan Kelly, Head of Projects for JKS Restaurants, Katie Akers, Head of Operations for Market Halls, and Kate Eastwood, MD of Loungers.
The first step in putting together a relevant and impactful content programme that reflects the biggest opportunities and challenges around hospitality technology is to speak to you, the industry. We do this through a series of advisory boards, organised around specific job functions, which ensure our content is timely, relevant, and commercially valuable. As a result of these, in 2026 you can expect content specific to: CEOs, Founders, and CFOs including Jessica Gillingham, Founder and CEO of Abode Worldwide.
- CMOs and Heads of Marketing including Harry Jones, Head of Marketing at QVO Hospitality, and Sam Weston, Editor of Hotel Speak.
- COOs, CIOs and CTOs including Tommy Giraux, Head of Restaurant Systems at Honest Burgers, and Gavin Lore, Head of Technology at the Lore Group.
- CPOs and HR Directors including Gemma Eley, People Director at Hawksmoor, Tom Vivace, Founder of Viva People, and Oli Cavaliero, Head of People and Engagement at Pizza Pilgrims
- Hoteliers including Rob Flinter, Regional General Manager at Westmont Hospitality Group, Mustafa Gokcen, Global Head of IT, Cheval Collection, Jane Pendlebury, CEO of HOSPA, and Claudia Apt, Chief Design Officer at Citizen M
We are grateful to advisory board members and our wonderful ambassadors for giving us unique insight into what matters most to each role, and how they want to engage with future partners – before, during and after the event.
