The Hospitality Sector Council, a collaboration between government and hospitality industry leaders, is on a mission to drive innovation, sustainability, and resilience across the UK’s hospitality sector. One of its current initiatives is a nationwide tech stack audit, designed to capture a snapshot of the technology systems and suppliers used across hotels, restaurants, pubs, and other hospitality businesses. The aim is to provide a representative resource for operators, to help them decide what tech might work best for them.

This quick and completely anonymous survey will help the Council understand which tools operators rely on, where gaps exist, and how technology can better serve our sector in the years ahead. While it might not directly impact your day-to-day decisions, it’s an invaluable opportunity to influence future guidance and support for the thousands of SMEs that form the backbone of hospitality.
