Ameesh Shah is CFO at specialist management company, Resident Hotels Ltd (RHL), which operates hotels in London (Covent Garden, Soho and Victoria), Liverpool, and Edinburgh under The Resident brand, and hotels in Dundee, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Newcastle under Marriott International’s Four Points Flex by Sheraton brand.

At RHL, Ameesh has been responsible for leading the implementation of all aspects of the conversion of four hotels to Four Points Flex by Sheraton in 2025 and currently plays a key role in the strategic optimisation of the company’s overall financial performance.

He has significant finance experience, mostly in media, leisure, and entertainment having previously worked as Interim CFO at fitness group BLOK London and spent six years as Group Finance Director at Second Home, a co-working company.

Ameesh holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Imperial College Business School. He is also CIMA, ACCA, and PRINCE2 qualified.
