Bruce Isaacs is a serial entrepreneur with over 40 years experience in hospitality and, more recently AI. Having started in the sector working for Ind Coope – Taylor Walker converting pubs into Café-Bars and Brasseries, responsible for creating Muswell’s and The Soho Brasserie, he bought his first restaurant at the age of 24. He was subsequently founder director of Ed's Easy Diner, Yo! Sushi and many other branded QSR and restaurant businesses. He was founder of Soup Works Plc and has taught the case study of that business at LBS for the last 25 years He has worked as a consultant in turn arounds and scale ups, has lead fundraisings both in the UK and USA from Angels through to Private Equity and public markets. Most recently he was the Acting COO for Stability Ai which raised $100m on a $1b valuation and is now a non executive director of a small multi brand hospitality business and co-founder of Smart-Training Ai.
