Chris Morgan is the Learning & Development Manager at Parogon Group, where he has worked for almost 10 years, progressing through the ranks from operational roles into learning and development. His hands-on background gives him a strong understanding of the realities of hospitality, and he still works closely with teams on service on a weekly basis to stay connected to site operations and guest experience.

He supports the development of people, standards and culture across Parogon’s 12-venue estate, focusing on practical training frameworks, leadership development and systems that help teams perform at their best.

Chris has played a key role in digital engagement and communication initiatives across the business, working closely with partners like Monotree to modernise how teams connect, learn and share success. He is passionate about creating environments where people feel confident, supported and motivated to deliver great guest experiences.
