Francesca Toman is the Founder and Interior Designer of Ches & Co, an interior design studio working across hospitality and residential projects. Francesca specialises in designing environments that extend beyond aesthetics to support commercial performance and long-term value. Her work explores how design influences customer behaviour, dwell time, staff wellbeing and brand perception - allowing hospitality spaces to perform as well as they look. Grounded in sustainability and circular design principles, her work prioritises longevity, relevance and value over trend-led solutions. She recently designed the Social Business Space at the Independent Hotel Show and works closely with hospitality businesses and developers to create spaces that align brand identity with operational needs and evolving customer expectations.
