Galton owned and ran Morston Hall Hotel along with his ex-wife Tracy, the Michelin-starred hotel and restaurant for 34 years, holding a coveted Michelin star for 26 years. Galton co-owns the award-winning No1 Cromer, a very successful fish and chip restaurant on 3 floors, now employing 70 staff. The business has been shortlisted in the top 5 businesses in the country, and there are plans afoot for another business in Norfolk. Galton appears regularly on Saturday Morning with James Martin and continues to bang the drum for all things within hospitality. Galton has written 4 cookery books, and in fact Hook, Line and Sinker was voted best seafood cookery book.
