Gemma Evans is an Olympic double gold medal-winning chef with over 22 years of experience spanning fine dining, education, and large-scale contract catering. Classically trained at Westminster Kingsway College, she has built a career defined by technical excellence, commercial acumen, and industry leadership. As Head of Culinary at Dine since 2024, Gemma leads strategy across 130 sites, driving transformation under a “Chef-Led, Food-First” philosophy. Known for her innovation, mentoring, and uncompromising standards, she continues to shape culinary excellence nationally and internationally in the industry.
