Henry is Head of Public Affairs at the Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS). He is the founder of a number of hospitality businesses. Starting out in street food, he now runs Grace + James a neighbourhood wine bar in Birmingham and is a member of the West Midlands Night Time Economy Commission.
