Jon is the Chief Digital and Technology Officer, leading SSP’s transformational technology agenda.
He joined SSP Group in June 2024. Prior to joining SSP, Jon spent seven years at Carnival UK plc as Chief Information Officer where he led the digital, technology and transformation agendas. Jon has a wealth of experience leveraging digital and data to drive sustainable growth across international hospitality and leisure businesses including Disneyland Paris, and Merlin Entertainment, where he was Chief Information Officer.
Jon has a strong track record of strengthening capability within Digital & Technology teams, including the transformation of large technology teams and the introduction of new operating models, providing greater clarity of purpose, and driving employee engagement.
