Maria joined Blacklock early 2022 and has 19 years of industry experience. Previously MD of premium delivery only concept Dickie's.
Maria also spent 7 years in various operations roles at Shake Shack, and worked her way up early in her career with Hard Rock Cafe and Living ventures. She was recognised in Code Hospitality's Women of the Year 2023 & 2025 and passionately supports Only A Pavement Away & Be Inclusive Hospitality in a number of philanthropic events.
