Mark Reynolds began his career with the Hilton Group, progressing from commis chef to senior sous chef. Over the past 16 years, he has worked across major London stadiums, including Emirates Stadium and Wembley Stadium. He is now in a regional role, overseeing ten sites across London, ranging from sports stadia to music venues.
