Odette is a values-led people and culture leader with deep roots in hospitality. She began her career at Nando's in Operations when the business had just 4 restaurants, leaving after 20 years, as Head of People for 375 restaurants. She has since held People Director roles at Wahaca, Bills, Blacklock and Public House Group and is currently Chief People officer at Ottolenghi. Alongside these roles, Odette has consulted across a wide range of hospitality businesses supporting on culture, coaching, organisational design and leadership development. She is driven by a belief in embracing inclusivity and diversity in the workplace, that drives high- performing teams that help individuals and teams reach their full potential.
