Prue Stamp is a people and culture leader working across hospitality and FMCG in the UK. She is Head of People & Culture at ULG and Two Tribes Brewing, where she has spent over a decade shaping people-first organisations, culture strategy and leadership capability.
Prue began her career in hospitality operations and training before specialising in people and culture. Her work spans organisational design, coaching, policy and compliance, professional development, and wellbeing at work, with a strong focus on creating supportive, high-performing cultures.
Alongside her in-house roles, Prue mentors emerging people and culture professionals, is a Mental Health First Aider, coach, and Associate Member of the CIPD. She also contributes to Countertalk, writing on leadership, onboarding and careers in HR. In 2024, Prue was recognised as CODE Hospitality’s Woman of the Year – Mentor.
