Ross Pyres joined PizzaExpress in May 2025 and has over 20 years’ experience in the technology industry. As the Customer Technology Director at PizzaExpress, he is responsible for the technical product teams, including UX, app, website, and customer digital solutions.

Having originally worked for banking and fintech companies, he then shifted into the hospitality industry. Ross has previously worked with various brands in this space, including Prezzo, where he helped grow the data and technology teams as Head of IT Systems, as Global Head of Technology at Pret A Manger where he was responsible for digital transformation globally, and as Chief Technology Officer at Nestle-owned recipe business, SimplyCook.
