As CIO/IT Director at The Big Table Group, she leads the end to end technology strategy for some of the UK’s best known restaurant brands, driving innovation that enhances guest experience, streamlines operations, and activates change management across the business.
Before joining The Big Table Group, Sarah held senior technology leadership roles at GLH Hotels, and the Lawn Tennis Association and began her career in accountancy with Jarvis/Jupiter Hotels. Her experiences span the full spectrum of IT, from infrastructure and business systems to digital transformation, innovation, and people development—giving her a uniquely holistic perspective on how technology enables organisations to thrive.
