1.    What is included in my stand package?

Check the Shell Scheme Specification or Space Only Rules and Regulations for your stand type. Your contract or floorplan confirms your stand dimensions.

Find these under Stand Type Information in the Planning & Logistics Hub.

If you have any issues with this, please contact the organisers.

2.    Can you send me a copy of the floorplan?
Please follow this link to view the floorplan – you can also download a PDF of the floorplan via this link. If you have any issues, please email ops.iha@montgomerygroup.com

The floorplan is also linked under Quick Access in the Planning & Logistics Hub.

1. How much lighting do I need on my stand?

This is entirely up to you, depending on how bright you want your stand to be and whether you want to spotlight specific products or displays. As guidance, our electrical contractor recommends a minimum of 2x spotlights for stands up to 18sqm.

2. How much power do I need on my stand?

This depends on what equipment or devices that you need power for. Please make sure to check the wattage required to run each item.

Listed below are examples of "typical" loadings for items plugged in to socket outlets:

500-watt sockets:  computers, TV’s, video’s, spotlights to 500W, refrigerators
1000-watt sockets:  domestic filter coffee machines, lighting up to 1000W
2000-watt sockets:  kettles**, machinery up to 2000W
3000-watt sockets:  hired coffee machines, machinery 2000W to 3000W

Note ** kettles and refrigeration / freezer requirements vary between 200 and 2000 watts. Please check with the supplier or check the reference tag or plate on the machine to ensure you order the correct size socket.

ExCeL London provides complimentary visitor Wi-Fi throughout the venue. Connect to “_Excel VISITOR ONLY Free Wi-Fi” and follow the on-screen instructions.

The free service is suitable for general browsing, emails, messaging, social media and event apps. It should not be relied upon for product demonstrations, payment terminals, streaming, large file transfers or other business-critical activities.

2. Do I need to book a time slot for my vehicle for Build-up and Breakdown?

Yes. All vehicles requiring access to ExCeL London's loading bays must book a time slot through ExCel's Vehicle Booking System, powered by Voyage Control.

The booking system will be available no later than 21 days before the first tenancy date and may open earlier. We recommend booking as soon as the system becomes available, particularly for popular build-up and breakdown periods.

If any deliveries arrive before the first day of tenancy Thursday 1st April 0800hrs, they will be turned away and may not be re-delivered in time for the show open.

If you are making deliveries during the open days of the exhibition, these can only be made between 0800 -0900hrs before the exhibition opens. Hand carriable items can be delivered any time.

Please note the ExCel and the Organisers cannot take responsibility for any deliveries.
