Apply to join the HT360 roundtableThe HT360 Senior Leader Roundtables are invite-only, peer-led discussions, curated by job function, seniority, and business type, and designed for leaders who want to step away from the stage format and engage in open, confidential conversation with true peers.

Selection and participation

Roundtable participants are selected based on:

  • Job function and seniority

  • Business type and size

  • Relevance to the chosen discussion theme

Invitations may be shared with colleagues, however attendance is not guaranteed and all participants must qualify for the programme. 

Your job title and company name will be shared with fellow attendees, and theirs with you, to support meaningful peer-to-peer engagement. Personal contact details will not be shared.

The HT360 Thought Leader programme

By committing to attend a roundtable, you will qualify for the HT360 Thought Leader package, recognising your contribution to the wider industry conversation.

  • Participation in one or more HT360 Senior Leader Roundtables
